Salon Policies

At Sada International Salon, we strive to make every guest's experience as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. Our salon policies help us to maintain the highest level of service for each client. We thank you for your cooperation.

Cell Phones

As a courtesy to all our guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone while enjoying your time at Sada International Salon.

Appointments

You will receive a courtesy call the day before your appointment to remind you of the time you have reserved with us. We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you; be advised, however, that we may have to reschedule your appointment if not enough time remains to allow for the services that you have requested.

Cancellations

Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hour notice. Special cancellation policies apply to wedding/special occasion services and consultation, and straightening services. See "Services" for more information.

Special Needs

Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities that you have.

Payment Methods

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa (credit and debit cards).

Gratuities

Gratuities are customary for good service, and are always left to the discretion of our clients.

Pets

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the salon.
